30 AIDS carriers registered in south of Azerbaijan within January-June

Lankaran. Agaddin Babayev-APA. 30 AIDS carriers were registered in south of Azerbaijan in the first half of current year, Ramiali Ibishov, Director of HIV/AIDS Laboratory of Hygienic and Epidemiological Center of Lankaran Region told APA southern bureau
To him, 30 AIDS carriers were registered in the first half of this year, 23 of them were Lankaran residents, 4 of them were Astara residents and 3 of them were Masalli residents. 225 AIDS carriers on Region were registered, expect Jalilabad and Bilasuvar Regions and 141 of them were Lankaran residents, 37 of them were Astara residents, 36 of them were Masalli residents, 6 of them were Yardimli and 5 of them were Lerik residents. Ibishov added that 2 AIDS carriers on Region died in the first half of this year and 19 HIV carriers died within 9 years.
