Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh-APA. A trial of members of the organized criminal group accused in assaulting the businessman Bahaddin Aliyev’s house, killing one and seriously wounding three peoples, finished on Monday. According to APA, Judge Mehdi Asadov read out a verdict, convicting Rajab Veliyev and Elchin Isgandarov for life prison, Ramil Jafarov for 14 years and Araz Osmanov for 6 years of prison.
Members of the group assaulted the Aliyev’s house on November 10, 2007 and killed his 74-year old father Ali Aliyev. They were accused in a number of grave crimes, including murder, smuggling and racketeering.
