“Just accurate and transparent rules in labor market are determined. According to the rules, foreign citizens immigrating with no visa are permitted to work in Russia. In this case, the side-authorized or individual- employing foreign citizen is to inform Federal Migration Service of immigration within three days and take responsibility for person’s registration. If the foreigner intends to work, he is to give his registration card to the employer. The employer is to inform Federal Migration Service of the employment and appropriate card number of the employee within ten days. The next stage deals with state dues and other procedures�, he said.
Konstantin Poltoranin also said that their organization has no relations with Azeri Diasporas.
“Unfortunately, we do not have any relations with Azeri Diasporas, Azerbaijani embassy and consulate. We have active cooperation with Diasporas of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan so far. At present the issue concerning the authorization of social organizations supporting their compatriots in Russia, to issue registration license is being discussed. The results will probably be positive. But the issue of registration can not be solved without legal permission of Federal Migration Service. A number of people registered the immigrants illegally before this law. And the immigrants face many problems during document checking. New law will remove this problem�, he said. /APA/
