Rehabilitation activities continue for 30 children brought to Azerbaijan from Ukraine by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Ministry told APA.
As part of the rehabilitation program, tours to Gabala and Sheki were organized for the children.
During the excursions, the children visited the Tufandag Mountain Resort and the Gabala Archaeological Center in Gabala, as well as the Khan's Palace and the Caravanserai complex in Sheki.
They were provided with an opportunity to become closely acquainted with Azerbaijan’s rich cultural and historical heritage and nature.
The children are also participating in various group therapy sessions, meditation and yoga classes, as well as psychosocial training programs.
It was noted that the 10-day social rehabilitation program is aimed at supporting the stabilization of the children’s emotional well-being and facilitating their integration into society.
