Baku city Emergency Medical Aid Station warns population due to hot weather

Head Physician of the Station Mursal Hamidov told APA that sunstroke cases can increase because of hot weather conditions in recent days: “One cannot walk under the sun at 11.00-17.00. Old people, children, the sick, thick people are exposed most of all to the sunstroke. People engaged in physical activity outside at 12.00-16.00 are also exposed to the sunstroke. It is not recommended to be engaged in physical work during these hoursâ€.
Hamidov said that people walking in the streets in such abnormal hot weathers must wear natural, light color clothes: “People must use cap, umbrellas, cold drinks. They must refuse from greasy, meat, indigestible foods and refer fruits and vegetables. As the perspiration increased, every people must drink more than 5 l water within a dayâ€.
