Baku. Ilhama Isabalyeva – APA. The Ministry of Education is planning to unite the small secondary schools in Azerbaijan within the joint project with the World Bank. Minister of Education Misir Mardanov said the necessary conditions should be created for the long-term project, APA reports. “Therefore we can’t make concrete steps today for realization of this project. We can to carry out this project in the pilot region at first. If there are positive results, the project will be realized throughout the country. This is our wish because such projects are carried out all over the worldâ€.
Mardanov said the secondary schools didn’t need in the special manuals or special lessons on Karabakh. The schools hold enough lessons dedicated to Karabakh.
