5 composers commissioned to compose song for Azerbaijani singer for Eurovision-2008 song contest

These composers are Faig Sujaddinov, Eldar Mansurov, Ilham Abdullayev, Tunzala Agayeva and Govhar Hasanzada. It is not yet specified who will write words of the song. Words of the song will be written in Azeri after it is composed, then it will be translated into English. After the song is prepared final of the selection round for defining singer to Eurovision song contest will be held. The final round of castings will be held in late November, early December. Dima Bilan who was the 2nd winner of the song contest in 2006 is expected to be in the composition of the jury in final. Final round will be held in the form of concert, then in large place. The results of the 2nd selection round for defining singer who will represent Azerbaijan in â€œEurovisionâ€ song contest to be held in 2008 was known. 15 singers were heard in the 2nd round. Singers who are in the agenda of Azerbaijani show-business could not win license to 2nd round. 7 singers passed final round among 15 participants. They are Emil Aliyev, Sabina Babayeva, winner of song contest â€œSing your songâ€ Elnur, â€œInformalâ€ rock group Fuad Musayev, participants of â€œAcademyâ€ song contest Aytaj and jabrayil.
Jury is composed of 15 people. Youth and Sport Minister Azad Rahimov, Natavan Sheikhova, Salman Gambarov, Zulfiyya Khanbabayeva, Faig Sujaddinov, Vagif Garayzada, Govhar Hasanzada, Yalchin Jabbarov, Nargiz Pashayeva, Tarana Muradova, Ismayil Omarov, representatives of Organizing Committee of Eurovision contest are among the jury members. /APA/
