Eurovision 2009 Armenian representativesâ€™ designer Aslan Ahmadov: â€œDonâ€™t take my work with Armenians aggressiveâ€

He said as an Azerbaijani man he was affected by the killing of the people in the war between Armenia and Azerbaijan. â€œI was affected by the war between Armenia and Azerbaijan. As an Azerbaijani national, I concerned over the innocent people who were killed in the war. I was working as a representative of Fresh Art only on the costumes and hair design of the Armenian representatives.
We have nothing to do with the choreography, or the clip. It is not right to take my cooperation with them aggressive. I am an art figure, I live far from Azerbaijan, Baku and my main goal is to create a work irrespective of nation, colour. The question is the name of â€œFresh Artâ€ and we should be worthy of its name in terms of image,â€ he said.
Aslan Ahmadov, who is Azerbaijani and cooperates with Armenians, called to peace.
â€œThere is nothing extraordinary here. This is cooperation. This is art, there is no need to speak about anything else,â€ he said.
Ahmadov said he liked the performance of the representatives of Norway, Malta and Great Britain. Later he mentioned the representatives of Azerbaijan.
â€œOf course Aysel and Arash are beautiful too. Aysel is very nice. Arash knows his job. I wish them success,â€ he said.
