He said that mosques shouldn’t be regarded only as places of worship.
“The Knowledge Foundation fulfills its obligations in this regard. The media should also support us”, he said.
Samadov said today mosques should also be regarded as places where the people and believers become acquainted with the historical books: “We want to establish libraries in mosques. This is practiced in Christian countries as well”, he said.
He also commented on the issue of mourning ceremonies.
“There is no prohibition on mourning ceremonies across the country. I think that we can prevent squandering in the mourning ceremonies through public awareness”, Samadov added.
