Azerbaijan to organize VIP Hajj pilgrimage this year again

Baku. Mubariz Aslanov – APA. Azerbaijan will organize VIP Hajj pilgrimage this year again.

The Caucasian Muslims Board told APA that the travel package worth AZN 4100 provides pilgrims with 2-4-person rooms. They will be offered expensive and delicious foods and VIP services.

In general, the cost of Hajj pilgrimage this year increased compared the previous year.

Last year, two travel packages were offered: AZN 3090 and 3850 (VIP). The 1st package included ordinary meals, 8-16-person rooms, the 2nd – expensive meals, 4-6-person rooms.

This year, two travel packages worth AZN 3250 and 4100 (VIP) are offered for Hajj pilgrimage.

This year, pilgrims can travel only by plane due to Syrian incidents.

3600 pilgrims are expected to travel this year. The registration for Hajj pilgrimage in Azerbaijan was started on February 1 and completed on May 30. The documents were admitted by the Caucasian Muslims Board. Hajj flights will operated by France Air company.

Hajj pilgrimage in Azerbaijan is carried out only by the Caucasian Muslims Board.
