Ganja. Azer Mammadli – APA. A group of members of the Jehovah’s Witnesses have been detained in Azerbaijan.

Kepez District Police Office told APA that they were today detained by police while holding an illegal event in house 31, Yusif Kosayev str, Ganja.

The police officers took 22 persons, including an underage child to Ganja District Police Office.

A number of spiritual literature that is banned from spreading and preaching have been seized during searching the house.
