The “State Program for 2027–2030 on the Development of the Mining (Metal Ores) and Metallurgical Industries in the Republic of Azerbaijan” has been approved, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant Order.
Under the Order, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan must coordinate the measures envisaged in the State Program and oversee their implementation, inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan once a year about the status of implementation of the measures envisaged in the State Program, and resolve other issues arising from this Order. The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication must monitor and evaluate the implementation of the measures envisaged in the State Program upon the request of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan must take appropriate measures each year during the preparation of the state budget and state investment programs of the Republic of Azerbaijan to ensure that the necessary financial resources are allocated for financing the measures envisaged in the State Program.
