The martyred servicemen and civilian employee of the State Border Service have been awarded the Order “For Service to the Fatherland,” APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order in this regard.
According to the Order, several servicemen and civilian employee of the State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who demonstrated courage and bravery during combat operations for the restoration of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan and while performing their official duties in protecting the state border, and who were martyred while honorably fulfilling their duty in carrying out the tasks assigned to their military unit, have been posthumously awarded the 3rd Degree Order “For Service to the Fatherland”:
