Stating that peace-building processes are underway in the South Caucasus, the head of state said that Azerbaijan proposed to sign a peace treaty with Armenia based on the 5 principles he put forward.
The head of state noted that he believes in the possibility of achieving progress in this direction if the political will is shown by Armenia.
