Thanks to the dedication of AZAL employees, pilots, and cabin crew, the loss of life during the aircraft accident was minimized, Isi Mustafayev, Chairman of Azerpost LLC, said at the presentation ceremony of a postage stamp dedicated to the memory of flight J2-8243, APA-Economics reports.

He noted that thanks to this postage stamp, the memory of the victims of the incident will live on forever: “Over the next four years, Azerpost will seek to distribute this stamp worldwide by making use of its relations with the Universal Postal Union.”
