Minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, Rashad Nabiyev, met with U.S. Department of Commerce Deputy Secretaries William Kimmitt and Jeffrey Kessler, the Ministry told APA-Economics.
During the meeting, the prospects of cooperation between the two countries were discussed, and it was emphasized that there is a favorable environment for investment in Azerbaijan.
There was also an exchange of views on the development of the Middle Corridor and the Zangezur Corridor, as well as the rapid commissioning of the “TRIPP” project.
Cooperation opportunities in the fields of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity were discussed.
The other party expressed its readiness to support the elimination of existing difficulties in the export of US-made digital products to Azerbaijan.
