Due to unfavorable meteorological conditions, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has made temporary changes to flights operated on the Moscow route, AZAL told APA-Economics.
Flights J2-805 and J2-806 on the Baku–Moscow (Vnukovo)–Baku route have been canceled.
According to the information, in order to ensure passenger convenience, AZAL has taken prompt measures in accordance with existing regulations. Passengers were offered alternative flight options, and in relevant cases, ticket fares were refunded.
Some passengers of the canceled flights were transported to their destinations on AZAL flights J2-809 and J2-810. For passengers who were in Moscow and did not use alternative flights, refunds of ticket costs were provided.
Azerbaijan Airlines apologizes for the inconvenience caused and thanks its passengers for their understanding.
