Azerbaijani and German specialists discuss radiomonitoring system development project

Baku. Ä°lhama Ä°sabalayeva â€“ APA-Economics. Ilham Afandiyev, Senior Engineer of the State Radiofrequencies Department of Azerbaijanâ€™s Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies and nadir Sadigov, Deputy Chairman of the Department, have wrapped up their trip to Germany.
They had meetings with representatives from relevant bodies in Hamburg and Munich to discuss the purposed radiomonitoring system development project in Azerbaijan.
This will enable to handle interference that disrupts radio-wave reception and registration process and smooth interaction among the waves.
The new network will allow regulating all the facilities in the range of 20 MHz and 40 GHz through five regional centers
In line with the international experience and the ITU standards and protocols, the system provides automatic registration of for-civil-use redioelectronic facilities.
State Radiofrequencies Departmentâ€™s existing infrastructure and monitoring facilities are not enough.
The specialists are now working on development of a new frequency band table. This will pave the way for emergence of new technologies in favor of civil businesses, small and medium-size enterprises.
