Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA-Economics. A new state program has been developed for the reconstruction and modernization of water and amelioration system in Azerbaijan, said Ahmed Ahmedzade, Chief of the State Amelioration and Water Management Agency (SAWMA).
He added that the program covers 2009-2015. The program is pending for approval by the presidential administration.
