Azerfon increased the number of base stations to 360

Baku İlhama İsabalayeva - APA-Economics. Azerfon LLC (Nar Mobile trade mark) has announced installation of new base stations in the territory of the country.
On September 8 the youngest and the most successful operator of in the country provided information about the newly installed base stations in August and September. Stations have been installed in Absheron peninsula, Baku, Aghjabedi, Aghstafa, Gakh, Lerik, Saatlı, Sabirabad, Salyan, Shaki, Shamkir, Tovuz, Davachi and Shamakhi.
6 new stations were added in the beginning of September to 103 other stations installed during summer moths: in Baku (2 stations), in Absheron peninsula (1station), Davachi (1 station), Salyan (1 station) and Shamakhi (1 station). So the number of base stations providing high-quality communications service throughout the 80% of the territory of the country has reached 360 stations.
AZERFON was licensed â„– 001512 by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan Republic in December, 2005 to provide mobile services throughout the territory of Azerbaijan. AZERFON Company launched its commercial activities in 21st of March, 2007 under brand name Nar Mobile.
The trademark Nar was created as a symbol of the relationship between Azerbaijan’s rich cultural heritage and modern life. At the present, more than 500 000 subscribers use the network of Nar Mobile.
