Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Construction Spending Indicator (CSI) was 106.6% in August, 2010, Azerbaijan. It was 55.7% in July, 111% in June, 159% in May, 169% - April, 83.7% - March, 160.6% - February and 34.3% - January, APA-Economics reported quoting the State Statistics Committee.
