Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA-ECONOMICS. From 2010, Iran will get involved in projects in the TRACECA (Europe-Caucasus-Asia) transport corridor, said the TRACECA Permanent Secretariat.
Iran was granted a full membership of the TRACECA Intergovernmental Commission in June this year, but the country is represented at meetings of the national secretaries, and the permanent secretariat.
Since the TRACECA countries have not ratified the document on the membership of Iran, the country was left out of projects.
The permanent secretariat said that Iran will be able to participate in projects from next year.
Iran will join the TRACECA project from next fiscal year
