Baku. Hafiz Heydarov - APA. Baku City Nasimi District Court has made a decision on pre-trial detention of Fuad Gahramanl for three months i, APA reports.
Fuad Gahramanli was prosecuted under Article 281 ("Public appeals for violence directed against the state") and Article 283 ("Inciting national, racial or religious hatred") of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Law-enforcement bodies told APA that he is currently being questioned at the Grave crimes investigation Department of the General Prosecutor Office
Head of Press Service of the Prosecutor General Eldar Sultanov confirmed to APA the fact of questioning of Fuad Gahramanli.
