The Regional Police Office told APA that the fire occurred in a building for workers with total area 300 square meters in Seyfali village (30 km away from the region’s center) of Shamkir region.
As a result of the fire, 2 persons died and 3 were injured. Fire-fighters extinguished the fire at 03.53. The relevant agencies are investigating the fact.
The Regional Police Office told APA that those, who died and were injured in the fire, are Turkish citizens. As a result of the fire Turkish citizens Engun Yashar and Aleddin Ozbey burnt to death. Murad Altun, Nasib Keskin and Levent Surul were injured and hospitalized.
