Those who attacked Khojaly stand in Ankara were members of communist and Kurdish groups

Malahat Najafova – APA. “The persons, who destroyed the stands on Khojaly genocide in Kizilay square, Ankara, were pro-Armenian communists and Kurds,” Ege Goztoklusu, one of the organizers of the stand on Khojaly genocide in Kizilay square and member of the Board of Directors of Gokboru Turkists Association told APA. According to him, the persons, who attacked their members, chanted various slogans such as “We are all Armenians, we are all Kurds, we are all Hrant Dink”.

Goztoklusu said that the members of the association established a stand on Khojlay genocide in Kizilay square yesterday to draw the attention of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey to the recognition of the tragedy: “Most of the participants were 18-year-old young people. Seven members of the association were injured, because the number of persons, who attacked them, was more. The state of three of them deteriorated, everything was normal after medical intervention.”

Unknown people attacked the stands on Khojaly genocide established by the Gokboru Turkists Association in Ankara. APA reports quoting “Anadolu” agency that a group of young people destroyed the stands and threw the photos on Khojaly genocide in Kizilay square. A brawl occurred among the members of the association collecting signatures for Khojaly genocide and assailants. As a result of the incident 7 members of the association were reportedly injured.
