APA reports that chairman of the parliament’s committee on legal policy and state-building Ali Huseynli gave information about the amendment.
He said that the amendment aims to protect the rights of consumers. According to the amendment, citizens and religious organizations can obtain and use the abovementioned materials with the control mark issued by the relevant executive authority.
With the permission of the relevant executive authority, religious organizations, non-religious legal entities and individuals can produce, import, export these materials and distribute after they are labeled with control marks. The materials labeled with the control mark can be sold only at the sales points established under the permission of the relevant executive authority.
