APA reports that a judgment has been passed at the hearing. According to judgment the appeal was rejected and the judgment on full vacation of the apartment remained in force.
The Ministry appealed to Yasamal District Court to fully vacate the apartment owned by Aliyev. The court sustained the appeal. Aliyev filed an appeal against that decision.
Earlier the Ministry had also sued Lankaran Aliyev and his family members. The appeal demanded to vacate a part of the apartment owned by Aliyev and to invalidate order of the apartment. That appeal had been sustained.
Lankaran Aliyev is chief of staff service division at the Azerbaijani Academy of the Armed Forces. The Ministry also sued his daughters Eleonora, Sabina and Zoya Aliyeva.
