“Children being subjected to aggressive behavior by their classmates in educational institutions, and the failure of school administrations to prevent it, entails administrative liability,” Aynur Osmanova, Head of the Legal Support and Human Rights Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office, said during a live broadcast on social media, APA reports.
“The protection of children's rights is one of the state's important priorities. This concerns not only educational institutions. Liability is also envisaged for the failure to prevent ongoing aggressive behavior against minors and children in recreational facilities and penitentiary institutions,” she said.
