In 2025, 33 people sustained injuries of varying severity as a result of landmine and unexploded ordnance blasts, APA reports.
This was stated at an expanded board meeting of the Prosecutor General’s Office held to discuss the work carried out in 2025 and the tasks ahead.
It was noted that from November 2020 to the present, a total of 417 people have fallen victim to such incidents, of whom 71 were killed and 346 sustained injuries of varying severity.
