The extradition of 33 defendants from abroad has been secured this year as a result of measures carried out by the International Legal Cooperation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office, APA reports.
The information was announced at the Board meeting of the Prosecutor General's Office on the results of work carried out in the first half of 2026.
It was also noted that, based on relevant court decisions, the handover of 13 individuals placed on the international wanted list by foreign countries was secured.
