Azerbaijani Davachi region resident Reyhane Majidovaâ€™s body not found in Siyezen basin of Samur-Absheron channel

Experts and also Reyhaneâ€™s parents do not rule out that Galagah village resident suspected Tavakkul Ismayilovâ€™s telling a lie. Chief of Samur-Absheron channel water supply departmentâ€™s office in Siyezen Shamsaddin Khalilov told APAâ€™s local bureau that he has nearly 40-year experience in this sphere adding that he takes part in such searching almost every year. He said if the body were in the basin, she would have appeared before the water was emptied.
â€œWe have observed days and nights for Majidovaâ€™s body both in Samur-Absheron channel and the lake. I think the body should be searched in another area not here,â€ he stressed.
Siyezen region prosecutor Hasan Hanifeyev told APAâ€™s local bureau while anwering the question â€œCan Tavakkul Ismayilov possibly tell a lie and bury Rehane in another site?â€
â€œIt is possible, but investigation can make this more precise. We are not investigating the case. Republic Prosecutorâ€™s Serious Crimes Investigation Department will carry out a detailed investigation into the case. It is possible new evidences to appear by testimonies. But I find it difficult to say exact information,â€ he stressed.
The prosecutor added that since the body did not appear after the emptying the water of the lake, the body is not there. However, Hanifeyev said efficient searching efforts will continue in Khizi, siyezen and Davachi territories.
â€œReyhaneâ€™s body might have stuck to different parts in Samur-Absheron channel. So, the searching and surveillance will continue in the same way,â€ the prosecutor stressed. /APA/
