Elchin Aliyev: I said nothing against Zakir Nasirov in my testimonies

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev in the second part of the day.
Zakir Nairovâ€™s lawyer Adil Ismayilov solicited to the judge and asked to display Haji Mammadov, Naile Guliyeva and Ferhad Mammadbeyovâ€™s testimonies to the investigation.
The judge did not did not meet his solicitation saying that Naile Guliyevaâ€™s testimony had already been displayed and there is anything controversy in Haji Mammadovâ€™s testimony. Then Adil Ismayilov asked to repeat more than 50 documents. Accused Elchin Aliyev said that there is no need to repeat his testimony.
â€œThey want to repeat my testimony given in 2001-2002 on Rovshan Aliyev and Azer Ismayilovâ€™s murders. I am against it because it will lengthen the period. I said nothing against Zakir Nasirov,â€? he said.
Then Samad Penahov a lawyer to accused Mehman Hasanov said that the court passed a decision not based the law.
â€œNot considering Adil Ismayilovâ€™s solicitation, the court proved again that it does not pass the decision based the law. I wanted to solicit, after the courtâ€™s decision I changed my view. I consider that the trial is injustice,â€? he said.
Public prosecutor Abdulla Yusifov asked to repeat the list of documents concerning Zakir Nasirov which have not been investigated yet.
Then the appeal sent by Azerbaijan prosecutorâ€™s office to Russia Prosecutorâ€™s office for extradition of Abdul Aliyev accused in Urvan Bagirovâ€™s kidnapping was repeated.
It should be noted that Abdul Aliyev was arrested in Moscow. Then the letter sent by criminalist Rovshan Aliyev to Zakir Nasirov about the kidnapping of Ahmad Mammadov, Azersigorta state Company chief Mammad Mammadovâ€™s son. Adil Ismayilov solicited and said that he is against the repetition of the documents.
â€œI want the 121st cover of the criminal case to be repeated, because it is completely false. 44 covers were sent concerning Rovshan Aliyevâ€™s case to NSM. But 45 covers came to the court. This cover was added later on,â€? he said.
The judge did not meet Adil Ismayilovâ€™s solicitation and continued the repetition of the documents.
