The preparation meeting on case with editor-in-chief of Realni Azerbaijan and Gundelik Azerbaijan Eynulla Fetullayev’s appeal was adjourned after Appeals Court judgement presided by Rasim Isgenderov, APA reports.
Eynulla Fetullayev said that preparation meeting was adjourned till December 4, because his representative Isakhan Ashurov is ill.
According to the appeals by Ramil Usubov, Minister of Interior Affairs, Eynulla Fetullayev got a two year suspended sentence. The Minister’s appeal against court’s decision was not declared admissible.
The reason of the Minister’s appeal to the court was the article “Bankruptcy of antibiotics�. The Minister claims that the article insults his honor and dignity. /APA/
