Economic Courtâ€™s order on eviction of media tenants from premises 33, Khagani Str. executed

The court decision is being executed by law enforcement bodies on the morning Saturday, APA correspondent reports. As per the decision, Azadliq newspaper has to move to the building of Azerbaijan Publishing House, Turan News Agency to a building in Binagadi District.
Police only allowed 5 representatives to enter the territory.
Baku Police Public Security Officer Shamil Seyidli told APA that Popular Front Party and Azerbaijan Democratic Party will not be at the same building.
Turan Agency representative Ilham Shaban told APA that they rented the building previously rented by Radio Liberty but the authorities donâ€™t let them move there.
â€œOur properties have been sealed. We are not allowed to take anything,â€? he said.
All the belongings were carried under police control.
Popular Front Party deputy chairman Nuraddin Mammadli said that most of the things were broken while carrying.
US embassy public affairs officer Jonathan Henick told reporters that they want the problem to be settled in a legal way.
â€œThere is no need for violence. The ideal solution to the problem is negotiations,â€? underscored. /APA/
