Ethyl alcohol and toxic substances found in Rena Nesibovaâ€™s blood

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev in the second half of the day.
Nuru Allahyarov, the chief of Yasamal Forensic Medical Examination Department gave testimony on the episode of Rena Nesibovaâ€™s death. He said that he participated in the examination of Rena Nesibovaâ€™s body.
â€œWe made medical certificate of the examination with the participation of the investigator. No injury was found in innards of the body. Ethyl alcohol and toxic substances were found in her blood. But it was not possible to determine the dose of drug in her blood. May be the narcotic substance was received with the food. The examining proved that she received drug before her death,â€? he said.
Then he answered Adil Ismayilovâ€™s question.
â€œI told no-one about my decision before the results of the analyses. The document given to her family does not contain any information about the reasons of her death,â€? he said.
It should be noted that 31 of victims of 45, 131 witnesses of 191 gave testimony up today. Other persons approved their testimony by sending telegrams to the court. Public prosecutor asked to repeat their testimonies. Given testimonies by Lyudmila Antonovna, Hafiz and Mubariz Mammadovs, Shirin Shuminov, the chief of administrative Staff of AIB Jahangir Hajiyev, Elchin Aliyevâ€™s wife Lale Aliyeva, the officers of IM Famil Abdullayev, Ramiz Jahangirov and others were read again. Zakir Nasirov demanded those people to give testimony to the court.
â€œTheir testimonies to the investigation are not true,â€? he said.
The lawyer Elton Guliyev denied reading Lale Aliyevaâ€™s testimony.
