Haji Mammadov: My gang has crimes unknown to investigation

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev in the second half of the day.
Tahir Huseynov gave testimony on the episode of Fetullah Huseynovâ€™s murder. He said that he was questioned as the witness in NSM. Huseynov denied that his brotherâ€™s relation with Elchin Aliyev, former deputy chief of Kapital Bank Administrative Staff, was not destroyed because of business.
â€œAdil and Elchinâ€™s relations destroyed because of private problems. I met with Elchin for several times and said it want do to bear grudge with him,â€? he said.
Huseynov said that he does not believe Haji Mammadovâ€™s motives and stated the investigation is conducted wrongly. He answered Adil Ismayilovâ€™s questions saying that his fatherâ€™s murder does not have any political motives. Then he noted that though Zakir Nasirov did not order his fatherâ€™s death, but he knew about it.
Haji Mammadov said criminalist Rovshen Aliyev was not killed because of his work.
â€œRovshen did not know I had killed Azer Ismayilov. I told repeatedly that Zakir Nasirov and Kamil Sadraddinov can inform you about Rovshenâ€™s case. Zakir Nasirov knows who ordered Zamire Hajiyevaâ€™s kidnapping and kidnapped her. My group had crimes unknown to investigation. These cases are not investigated,â€? Mammadov said.
Then Mammad Mikayilov, the chief of National Central Bureau of Interpol gave testimony on the episode of Azer Ismayilovâ€™s murder. Mikayilov said he worked as the chief of Khatai Police department when Azer Ismayilov lost. Then the trial continued closed.
