Zeynalabdin Babayev: Ismayil Kazimov gave US $ 450 000 for my releasing

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev.
Ali Seyfaliyev announced the court decision on the solicitation of Adil Ismayilov, the lawyer for Zakir Nesirov. He said that the court did not meet the solicitation and fount it groundless.
The lawyer Adil Ismayilov objected to the public prosecutorsâ€™ indifference to doubtful points of the defendantsâ€™ testimonies.
The judge also made decision on calling prisoner Rauf Babayev to the trial for giving testimony on Azer Ismyilovâ€™d murder episode.
Elchin Aliyev, the deputy chairman of International Bank Managing Staff solicited and said that he agree with Adil Ismayilov. He refused his lawyer Heqiqet Huseynova.
Then Zeynalabdin Babayev, Baku Milk Factory former director, gave testimony. He said that he was attacked by unknown men while returning home and kept hostage for 56 days.
â€œI was feed with home-made meals and supplied with medicines as I had Mellitus diabetes. Ismayil Kazimov, the father of Murad Kazimov gave US $450 000 for my releasing. He asked Haji Mammadov the name of the man who offered the kidnapping, but the latter refused to answer.
Then Nazim Mustafayev, International Bank Sebayel branch specialist gave testimony as witness.
