He said Anar Abilov, 18, who is accused of killing Ilyas Vahabov, 45, in Sumgayit on September 20, has been arrested in the military unit and handed over to Sumgayit prosecutor’s office.
The other participant of the murder Vagif Selimbeyli, 14, was arrested two days ago. They have admitted that they killed Vahabov for profit. Abilov was drafted after having committed the murder.
Vahabov was the owner of a currency exchange office in Binagadi district of Baku.
