The incident was recorded in winter pasture situated in region’s territory called Garasaggal. Refugee from Kalbajar region, Abbasov Bakhtiyar Daghbayi, 23, shot his spouse, Abbasova Gulnar Zabir, 24, in head. Abbasova died at the site.
Abbasov was detained. He said that he committed the incident because of jealousy.
The criminal case has been launched on the fact, the investigation is underway.
