Zakir Nesirov: The investigator said to commute my arrest sentence if I blame Elman Rustamov

Interior Ministry Crime Investigation Department former chief Zakir Nesirov continues to give testimony.
â€œI was accused by Haji Mammadovâ€™s, Farhad Mammadbeyovâ€™s and Naile Guliyevaâ€™s tendentious testimonies. Haji Mammadov wanted to defend his nephew Elchin Aliyev. I wanted to have face-to-face meeting with him, but he did not want. Elchin Aliyev gather information about rich persons by the help of bank employees. He also tried to kidnap Anar Sultanov, International Bank employee,â€? he said.
â€œElchin Aliyev asked everybody about Zamire Hajiyeva, Jahangir Hajiyevâ€™s wife. He ordered to kidnap her. I was told in the investigation that my arrest sentence will be commute if I blame Elman Rustamov, National Bank Managing Staff chief for kidnapping Zamire Hajiyeva,â€? Nesirov said.
Nesirov also said that Saray residents Mehman Semedov and Novruz Ismayilov were not murdered for false documents. The former chief mentioned that criminalist Rovshan Aliyev was not murdered for investigating Azer Ismayilovâ€™s death.
The trial will continue with the questions of lawyers and victims to Zakir Nesirov on October 17. /APA/
