14 trespassers detained in Azerbaijan last month

7 of them were citizens of Azerbaijan, 3 â€“ Georgia, 1 person from each country- Islamic Republic of Iran, Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan and Bulgaria. 44 people in 20 cases were detained for violation of coastal regime. Appropriate measures were taken about them. 86 wanted persons were detained and handed over to law enforcement.

As a result measures against illicit drug turnover, 1 kilogram 265 grams of drugs were found and confiscated in 8 cases within the month.

As a result of anti-smuggle operations, smuggling in the amount of 1 bn. 703 000 AZN in 70 cases, as well as 250 12-mm patrons, 1 brass knuckles, 4 paintballs of US production and 4000 paintball projectiles, 1462800 US currency, 13516000 Russian currency, 15,75 kg gold and silver jewelries, 55 mobile phones, 4824 cigarettes, 5 horses, various alcoholic beverages, medicines and other industrial goods were detained.
