Incident happened on March 14 in the morning. Chief of poultry factory, 55-year old Alakbar Hakhiyev was killed at his office by gun-fire. The murderer and cause of death is unknown.
Criminal case has been launched on the incident by Jalilabad region Prosecutor’s Office and operational investigative group consisting of Prosecutors officials had been created. Operational researches are underway in this direction.
Criminal case has been launched on the article 120.1. (Deliberate murder, is deliberate deprivation of life of other person – shall be punished by imprisonment for the term from seven up to twelve years.) and 228 (Illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation and carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies, explosives) of the Criminal Code, investigation is underway.
