Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. One remained under the rubbles in the aftermath of the blast in Binagadi district of Baku. Measures are being taken to take him out of the rubbles, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Etibar Mirzayev told journalists, APA reports. Mirzayev said according to initial versions, gas leak caused the blast.
The blasted building is owned by Binagadi district Road Construction and Repair Department.
Blast occurred in the two-storey building in Binagadi settlement at 6 today. It was followed by fire. The guard of the building Khoshbakht Babayev remained under the rubbles.
