According to the website, 112 service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about the explosion in two-storey building with 255 square meters at Third Mine Street in Binagadi district, Baku at about 05.39 on February 22. Rescue brigades of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately sent to the scene and relevant organizations were also informed about the incident. According to the preliminary reports, 75 percent of the building was ruined and wooden materials burned down in three square meters. The fire was extinguished at about 06.00. One person is probably topped under the ruins. Rescue operations are continued.
Binagadi police said as a result of explosion in the residential building owned by the resident of Binagadi district Elmir Maharramov, the house’s guard Khoshbakht Babayev, 51 was topped under the ruins.
