The accident happened in Gala settlement. Ulvi Shukurlu, 16, could not take Mercedes owned by his father Edalet Shukurlu to the garage, as the roads were frozen. Ulvi Shukurlu, who decided to stay overnight in the car, died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
The fact is being investigated.
