Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A fuel tank caught fire in a Salyan-based private company in Azerbaijan. The incident took place on January 20 in Salyan Oil Ltd company located in Kursangi village of Salyan region, APA reports quoting official website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. 20 cubic meters of oil crude caught fire in the 60 cubic-meter tank. Firefighters could prevent extension of fire into other tanks and installations there.
According to preliminary version, violation of technological process caused the fire. The fact is under the investigation.
