Mubariz Aslanov – APA. “The Azerbaijani side has informed the international community that it is ready for peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict,” head of the Azerbaijani Delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov told journalists, APA reports. He said that Armenia only exposes itself by bringing up the independence of the so-called "Nagorno Karabakh Republic" at the Parliament: “Armenia shows that it isn’t capable of conducting peace negotiations and isn’t ready to fulfil its commitments. I am confident that Armenia’s attempt to recognize the so-called “NKR” won’t produce results. Even if some results are produced, they will be detrimental for Armenia.”
