Final declaration of 3rd Baku International Humanitarian Forum adopted

Politicians, scientists and representatives of culture, education, civil society and mass media from around the world confirmed the importance of solidarity at all levels of interstate and regional cooperation, globalization of modern challenges and threats regarding the convergence of management and manufacturing technologies to ensure sustainability of development processes taking into account the urgency of scientific, humanitarian, cultural integration, a need for special attention of the world community to the detection of new dominants in the development of society.

The declaration admits the achievements of a number of countries, including Azerbaijan in multiculturalism and notes the importance of studying the experience achieved as a main integral part of the state policy aimed at achieving a consensus in the societies of various countries.

The forum participants specially noted the importance of covering the problems of multiculturalism by media outlets with the view of preventing xenophobia, racism and intolerance and forming a culture of tolerance.
