Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry: French senator propagates separatism, terrorism and crimes against humanity

Baku. Zumrud Pashayeva – APA. “The French senator plays a role in propagation of separatism, terrorism, the greatest threat to humanity, and crimes against humanity by visiting Azerbaijan’s occupied territories. This person should primarily perceive his responsibility”, acting spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Hikmat Hajiyev told APA while commenting on Senator Philippe Kaltenbach’s visit to Nagorno Karabakh and his speech there.

Mentioning that the Azerbaijani Embassy in France is taking necessary steps, Hajiyev said official bodies of France will be appealed regarding the senator’s illegal visit to Nagorno Karabakh that is under occupation.

Chairman of the France-Armenia friendship group, member of the French Senate Philippe Kaltenbach has paid an illegal visit to Nagorno Karabakh, the occupied territory of Azerbaijan. He said that democratic values have been developed supposedly in the separatist regime and called Azerbaijan to draw a lesson from it.
