Armenia probably took the railway issue into account when making commitments under TRIPP, said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a press conference on the results of the year, APA reports.
The minister said that Russia has signed an agreement with Armenian railways, which will be valid until 2038: "However, the position that Armenia has explained to us is that the section of the railway that passes through the TRIPP project does not belong to Russia. This is because when the agreement was signed, this railway did not exist, and something that does not exist cannot be included in the agreement.”
